Each offering is shaped around one simple intention: to hold space for nervous system support, gentle regulation, and your own return to balance.
The work is participatory and reciprocal. Sound supports your own innate capacity to restore. It is not something done to you.
One-to-one sessions
South Golden Beach studio · from $80
A private, tailor-made guided sound journey held in person at Justine's studio in South Golden Beach. Each session is shaped around what is present for you, woven with voice and a careful selection of instruments.
Suitable for nervous system support, emotional integration, transitions and thresholds (including sound-supported birth preparation), or simply a chance to listen inward without an agenda.

Sounds to Soothe Your Soul
90 min · $30 per person
2nd Thursday of each month · 6.00 – 7.30 pm
A monthly guided sound journey at the South Golden Beach Community Hall: recharging, restoring, and shared with others. You'll be guided into a deeply restorative experience with voice and a wide palette of instruments studied here in Australia and around the world.
Ceremonial cacao, sleepy golden milk or herbal tea, and grounding ayurvedic nibbles are part of the gathering.
