Sound journeys

Rest together, once a month.

Sounds to Ground is a guided group sound journey on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Lie back, breathe, and let the sound move through you.

“Shhh”

The breath before the sound.

You arrive, settle and slow down.

“Ak”

The moment of contact.

The first sound, and the room goes still.

“Ti”

The release.

The sound keeps moving through you, long after it stops.

Coming up.

6 to 7.30 pm at South Golden Beach Community Hall, 3 Helen St, South Golden Beach NSW 2483. $30 a person, or four places for $104. Ceremonial cacao, golden milk or herbal tea, and grounding nibbles are part of the evening.

Gong, chimes, flutes and candles laid out on a rug with fresh greenery, ready for a sound journey
